2個雞蛋，大個兒的
1杯水

產量：一個8英寸的平底鍋。烤箱預熱到375°。融化8湯匙黃油。在碗裡攪拌本品、糖、黃油、雞蛋和水。倒進平底鍋裡烤23-25分鐘。玉米松餅：將松餅錫盒填3 / 4滿。烘烤15-17分鐘。產量：12個松餅。

變量:

糖可以適當減少或不添加，以制成一個不甜的玉米面包。

1 / 4杯蜂蜜或龍舌蘭糖漿可以代替糖。

1 / 3杯油可以代替黃油。
